Security Systems of Northeast Indiana (SSNEI) is a distributor of ADT® Security Systems. We improved their telecommunications by modifying their telesales techniques thus, increasing their monthly quota and their revenue by 50% on an average monthly basis. Another issue SSNEI faced was bad credit of prospective clients. BDEC provided an alternative by co-signing the applicant for security approval.
BDEC assisted SSNEI with collaboration of distributing Dish Network® services. This diversified their portfolio and also promoting the other divisions and spreading their customer base.
Royal Vision Advertising of the UAE is an outdoor advertising agency with which also delves into the fields of Public Relations as well as Event Management. We had convinced the local owner to also invest in Bowling City. Bowling City was a chain of bowling alleys with hardly any footfall due to their location.
With our innovative structure and development techniques, we helped them cross-market with electronics goods and bowling events. This, in turn, saved them time and money on advertising as well as the need to outsource the events for their bowling tournaments.
The Louizos Group was a small firm of real estate investors in the UAE. The Louizos Group was on the verge of closing their business when the 2008 crisis hit the Middle Eastern region. The group then contacted BDEC and we advised they switch ventures in commercial interior design before calling everything a loss.
The CEO of the company complied, I set them up with some designers, BDEC got the paperwork and legal affairs in order, the company was bought out for a huge profit by one of the royal family members, and the staff went back to Canada with a wad of cash.
Viameter, L.L.C., is a manufacturer of devices implemented for use of measure, i.e.: calipers, micrometers, based out of Evansville, Indiana. Viameter had faced several potential legal issues with regard to a lack of safety measures. Our audits utilizing Six Sigma®, prevented several mishaps and reduced their employment turnover.
Moreover, with our training services, they were able to expand in various Middle Eastern countries to export their goods.
